I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, an LPC Approved Supervisor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate, and National Certified Counselor. I believe in the importance of a strong counseling relationship and my goal is to connect with you and meet your needs. I use a variety of counseling approaches depending on your needs, such as Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and levels 1 and 2 of The Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Furthermore, I am trained in using the PREPARE/ENRICH assessment for pre-marital and marital counseling. I have a passion for helping couples and families feel secure in their relationships.
